Tianna Ortiz-George is an Administrative Executive at Sterling Group (BVI) Limited, supporting all entities within the Group, (Sterling Compliance, Sterling Griffin, Sterling Corporate Services and Sterling Brokerage). She manages office operations, human resources administration, client invoicing, and corporate meeting coordination, while providing direct executive support to senior management.

Tianna previously served at the BVI Financial Services Commission as a Policy, Research & Statistics Junior Officer, where she contributed to regulatory research, legislative analysis, and the development of risk-based compliance guidelines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University with concentrations in International Business and Supply Chain Management, and brings strong operational, organizational, and analytical skills to her role.
