Cherise Archibald is an Attorney-at-Law with over eight years of experience in corporate and commercial law, financial services regulation, and dispute resolution across the British Virgin Islands and the wider Caribbean. She currently serves as a Legal Associate at Sterling Griffin Limited in Tortola, BVI.

Cherise has also acted as General Legal Counsel and a BVI Financial Services Commission Approved Compliance Officer, advising regulated entities on AML/CFT compliance, governance, and risk management. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate and Commercial Law, an International Diploma in Governance, Risk & Compliance, and an Advanced Professional Certificate in International Financial Crimes.
