Kapil Dhar is a Corporate/Funds Professional with extensive managerial background in Regulatory & Compliance, and, Executive & Non-Executive Directorial duties. Kapil is extensively trained in Fund Administration, Corporate Administration and Operations Management. He currently serves as a Managing Director for Griffin Trustees Limited in the BVI and acts as a Liquidator to BVI registered Companies/Funds.

Kapil’s career has spanned more than two (2) decades of sound Financial Services Management as the former Director of Sable Trust Ltd., BVI; Operations Manager at Citco Fund Services (BVI) Ltd.; Manager of Corporate Secretarial Services, Fortis Fund Services, Curacao N.V. and Assistant Company Secretary , Tata Motors, India.

Kapil holds a Diploma of Labour Law & Labour Welfare from Bombay University, India; is a qualified Company (Chartered) Secretary, and has both a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce.
